Apple launches AirPods Pro version to celebrate Lunar New Year

Apple launched the AirPods Pro version to celebrate the Lunar New Year in the densely populated Chinese market.

Apple released a Lunar New Year-themed limited edition of its AirPods. New Year’s AirPods Pro will feature a rabbit design. 2023’s Chinese zodiac sign is the rabbit (in some other Asian countries, the cat).

This limited edition AirPods Pro case features a rabbit. The box’s pattern is colored. The hardware is identical to the original.

Apple has made these for years. Apple released Year of the Tiger AirPods Pro and Beats Studio Buds in 2022. The Year of Ox AirPods Pro came first.

AirPods Pro

China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau will sell the limited edition AirPods Pro online and in stores. Apple is also discounting select products by up to RMB 1000 from December 30 to January 2.
