Apple Fitness+ will debut Collections on January 10th, according to Apple. This is a specifically curated collection of exercises and meditations from the Fitness+ library, designed to entice Apple Fitness+ users to start working out.
Collections will make its debut with these six collections
- 30-Day Core Challenge
- Improve Your Posture with Pilates
- Perfect Your Yoga Balance Poses
- Run Your First 5K
- Strengthen Your Back, Stretch Your Hips
- Wind Down for a Better Bedtime
Time to Run, a series of audio episodes developed to help Apple Fitness+ users become more regular and better at running, will be released alongside Collections. Every episode of Time to Run will be guided by one of the Fitness+ coaches and will highlight notable running paths in some of the world’s most renowned cities. Time to Run will also offer motivational music and coaching advice.

Users will receive images of notable places along their route during Time to Run, which can be found afterwards in the workout summary. The photographs can subsequently be saved to a user’s collection or shared with a friend. Apple Fitness+ will release new episodes of Time to Run on the Apple Watch Workout app every Monday.
Time to Run will start with three available episodes

The third season of Time to Walk will premiere on January 10th. Rebel Wilson, an actor, writer, and producer, will star in the season’s premiere episode. She will discuss a life lesson she learned and how she found consolation in an unexpected connection after losing a loved one in her episode. Time to Walk is an audio series that encourages individuals to walk more frequently.
Additionally, beginning January 10, Apple Fitness+ will expand its Artist Spotlight series with new exercises including Ed Sheeran, Pharrell Williams, Shakira, and the Beatles’ music. Every Monday for the next four weeks, Apple Fitness+ will offer new workouts with music by each of these artists. Artist Spotlight is a collection of exercise playlists focusing on a specific artist.
Apple Fitness+ is a workout video streaming service that requires the use of an Apple Watch. Apple Fitness+ is available for $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year.
