iPhone 13 Pro Max’s screen has error with iOS 15.6

After updating to iOS 15.6, iPhone 13 Pro Max’s screen has error.

Since a month ago, many iPhone users in Vietnam have said that the screens of many iPhone models have serious problems on iPhone user forums. Many of these are the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Users said that the screens of these devices turned blue or purple and that they couldn’t see what was on the screen. On some machines, the screen blinks and moves around all the time. Most of them said they ran into this error when they updated to iOS 15.6 version.

CellphoneS’s representative, Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, said: “Just in the last week, 5 or 6 customers with iPhone 13 Pro Max’s screen had error that they took to a dealer. All of the users said the problem started after they updated to iOS 15.6 “.

The story @KSMNL told in a group for iPhone users was: “In February, I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max. By July, the screen of the device started to flash black. I took it to the support center, but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The problem was not fixed by going back to the factory settings.”

Why does upgrading an iPhone 13 Pro Max or 13 Pro to iOS 15.6 give an error?

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuc, the Managing Director of the 24-hour repair system, said that some iPhone screen problems, like color stripes, noise, tiny dots, a white screen with no display, and stripes, could be caused by RAM.

Also, these mistakes happen often on versions of the iPhone that use 120 Hz LTPO screen technology. In the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini models, the error is almost impossible to find.

Apple has not yet made an official statement about this happening. Now is a good time for temporary users to think about upgrading to iOS 15.6.
