Many buyers who had already purchased iPhones wished Apple had released the new colors sooner. And according to a now-deleted Weibo tweet seen by AppleTrack, both the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro will be available in purple.

In the past, when iPhone 13 series was announced 6 months later, Apple released purple variants of the iPhone 12 and 12 mini. And a month ago, the Cupertino company had presented iPhone 13 green color, which iPhone 13 series was released six months.
So, iPhone 14 series in purple color are expected to be available at launch, and while there is no mention of what shade of purple it will be, the report mentions that the shade will change depending on the lighting, which sounds pretty cool and could help Apple further cement its position as the bestselling phone maker in key markets.

It also appears that the iPhone 14 Pro will be a darker purple than the standard devices.

According to previous reports, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max would be upgraded to a larger, higher-resolution 48MP camera, and the entire series could get an improved front camera with autofocus and an f/1.9 aperture, allowing them to produce crisper, brighter photographs.
The Pro models are also expected to forego the distinctive notch in favor of pill and hole cutouts, and to be powered by the quicker and more energy-efficient A16 Bionic chip, while the standard variations will have the same design and may be powered by a considerably less powerful chipset.
